Project Management for Change provides project management discipline to nonprofits to accelerate the realization of positive social outcomes. They do this through pro bono support provided by professional project managers to address nonprofits’ most pressing world-changing initiatives.
My Role:
As their marketing & communications lead, I drove awareness, engagement, and donations through strategic storytelling leading up to their annual event. Craft compelling social media campaigns (organic and paid) that resonate with the organization's brand voice and mission. Collaborating closely with founders to develop powerful outbound messaging and personalized cold contacts to cultivate relationships and secure valuable partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
I spearheaded the complete re-development of their website from inception to launch. This project encompassed every facet of web development, allowing me to showcase my proficiency in SEO, UX/UI, and front & back end development through Squarespace. By assuming ownership of the entire process, I ensured a cohesive and optimized digital experience that aligned with the non profit’s vision.
